The Aquascape UltraKlean 2000 is a biological pressure filter equipped with a 14 watt high-output UV clarifier/sterilizer. Ideal for ponds up to 2,000 gallons in size, this high-capacity system helps you maintain optimal water conditions and crystal clear water. It features innovative BioBalls media to deliver efficient biological and mechanical filtration, and a sponge-free design that significantly reduces the amount of required maintenance. Just add a water pump with a maximum flow rate of 2,700 gph for guaranteed results!

The easy-to-install UltraKlean 2000 makes a great addition to any pond environment. Thanks to the inclusion of a UV clarifier, this powerful filter virtually eliminates a pond owner’s biggest problem – green water! It features a bulb-saver timer that can be customized to extend bulb life, and a handy UV indicator light to show you when the filter is actively clarifying your pond.

The UltraKlean’s BioBalls are the secret behind its remarkable efficiency. A superior alternative to filter sponges, they feature a unique shape that’s designed to trap debris and a textured surface that makes an ideal colonization site for beneficial bacteria. BioBalls sink which makes them ideal for pressure filter applications, and they won’t get stuck together like traditional bio balls.

The UltraKlean 2000 is designed for straightforward installation and maintenance. It includes two sets of multi-hose adapters (1″, 1.25″, 1.5″) to accommodate popular hosing sizes, and integrates easily into new and existing pond systems. Maintenance couldn’t be easier with the UltraKlean’s cleaning mode. It enables you to backwash the filter in less than 5 minutes without even opening the canister. An integrated swirl diffuser efficiently churns the water to ensure a thorough cleaning of the BioBalls.
